3 pcs large over ripe saging na saba, sliced
¼ cup white sugar
¾ cup water
1 small bottle white nata de coco
1 small bottle macapuno
1 small bottle sweet beans
6 cups shaved ice
1 pack NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap 250ml
½ cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada

½ lyanera leche flan

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Combine saging na saba, sugar and water in a pot. Simmer for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool. (20mins)

  • STEP 2

    Mix NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada. Set aside. (5mins)

  • STEP 3

    Assemble cooked saging na saba, nata de coco, macapuno and beans in tall serving glasses. Fill glasses with shaved ice. (5mins)

  • STEP 4

    Pour NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada mixture. Top with leche flan. Serve immediately. (5mins)
