Ingredients

Ube Jelly:

1 tbsp gulaman powder, unflavored
2 cups water
1/8 tsp ube extract
¼ cup sugar

Milk Mixture:

1 pack NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap 250ml
2/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
¼ tsp ube extract
1 cup cold water
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup small cooked sago

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Combine gulaman powder with water, ube extract and sugar. Bring to a gentle simmer. Pour into a container and set aside cool completely. Cut into cubes. (15mins)

  • STEP 2

    Pour NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, ube extract, water, ice cubes, ube jelly and sago. Mix well and serve well chilled. (5mins)
