Ingredients

6pcs over ripe saging na saba, sliced
¾ cup white sugar
1 ½ cups water
1 pack NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap 250ml
½ cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
1 cup cooked sago
6 cups shaved ice

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Combine saging na saba, sugar and water in a pot. Simmer for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool. (20mins)

  • STEP 2

    Mix NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada. Set aside. (5mins)

  • STEP 3

    Add cooked saging na saba and sago in tall serving glasses. Fill glasses with shaved ice. (5mins)

  • STEP 4

    Pour NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada mixture. Serve immediately (5mins)
