Sauté potato and carrot in oil until light golden brown. Remove and set aside. (10mins)

Season pork shoulder with 1 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Sauté pork in the same pan until light golden brown. (5mins)

Add garlic, onion and tomato. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour tomato sauce and water. Add bay leaf, pepper and sugar. Simmer while covered for 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. (1hour)

Add bell pepper, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap and remaining 1 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve. (10mins)
