Ingredients

6 tbsp white sugar
12 pcs chicken egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 can NESTLÉ® Carnation Condensada
1 pack NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap 250ml
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp fine salt

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Prepare 2 medium lyanera and add 3 tbsp of sugar on each. Slowly melt sugar over low medium heat until golden brown. Set aside. (5mins)

  • STEP 2

    Mix egg yolks, NESTLÉ® Carnation Condensada, NESTLÉ® Carnation Evap, vanilla extract and salt. (5mins)

  • STEP 3

    Strain mixture into the 2 lyanera. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and steam for 25 minutes. Set aside to cool completely. (30mins)

  • STEP 4

    Refrigerate overnight. Unmold into a serving plate and well chilled. (2mins)
