Red Jelly

1 tbsp red gulaman powder
2 cups water
¼ cup sugar

Milk Mixture

1 pack NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap 250ml
2/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
1 cup cold water
2 cups ice cubes
1 cup cooked colored sago

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Combine gulaman powder with water and sugar. Bring to a gentle simmer. Pour into a container and set aside cool completely. Cut into cubes. (15mins)

  • STEP 2

    Pour NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, water, ice cubes, sago and red jelly. Mix well and serve well chilled. (5mins)
