Condensada Milk Cake

Ingredients

1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp fine salt
½ cup butter, melted
6 pcs eggs
1 can NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada

Steps

  • STEP 1

    Preheat oven at 350˚F. (5mins)

  • STEP 2

    Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Mix in butter, eggs and NESTLÉ® Carnation Condensada. (10mins)

  • STEP 3

    Pour cake batter into 8” round baking pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the cake. Set aside to cool completely. (35mins)

  • STEP 4

    Slice into serving portions and serve. (5mins)
