Ingredients

1 kg chicken leg and thigh
2 sachets MAGGI MAGIC SARAP®
3 tbsp vegetable oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc onion, chopped
1 pc potato, cubed
1 pc small carrot, cubed
1 pc small red bell pepper, diced
1 pc small green bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp curry powder

Steps

VIEW WITHOUT STEPS

  • STEP 1

    Season chicken with 1 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and set aside. (5mins)

  • STEP 2

    Sauté garlic, onion, potato, carrot and chicken in oil. (10mins)

  • STEP 3

    Add bell peppers, curry powder, pepper and bay leaf. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour water and simmer for 15 minutes. (20mins)
     

  • STEP 4

    Season with remaining 1 sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP® and stir in NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap. Transfer on a serving plate and serve. (5mins)
